Lovely to meet you.
I'm a California girl turned Pacific Northwest transplant, wife to my incredible husband of five years, and mama to a beautiful, spunky little girl called Hazel.
I picked up photography early in high school after watching my dad shoot professionally for much of my childhood. One sophomore elective later, I was hooked. Hooked on the satisfying sound of manually advancing film in my analog camera. Hooked on the way my hands smelled after hours in the darkroom. Hooked on the painstaking process of developing the perfect print.
I went on to receive my BFA in Photography from Cal State University, Fullerton and began shooting professionally in 2007.
I'm an artist, a storyteller, and a lover of finely crafted things. My desire is to connect with my clients so I can do photographic-justice to their personal moments.
Like any good Portlander, I love coffee, the great outdoors, and of course, the Oxford comma.
